Produced from the Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Castelão varieties, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the cellar, where the technological process begins with total destemming and slight crushing, cooling, small pre-fermentative maceration and clarification of the must. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. After fermentation, filtrations, blends, tartaric and protein stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
