Estate grown, produced and bottled from Touriga Nacional, Sousão and Touriga Franca planted in very old vines (over 80 years), all hand-picked, destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, Quinta da Gaivosa red from Douro valley is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels with a further 18 months in the bottle before release. Deep and complex flavour with a powerful structure. Finely accompanies red meats dishes, roast beef and grilled meats.
