Sao Jorge Pdo Cured Cheese 24 Months Sliced 300g

In the excellence of nature that surrounds us, the São Jorge (PDO) Protected Denomination of Origin is created. Cured cheese of semi-hard to hard paste, yellowish in colour, with small, irregular eyes disseminated in the mass of firm consistency. It is a product with a strong, clean and slightly spicy bouquet aroma and flavour, obtained from raw cow's milk, salt and rennet, with a minimum cure time of 24 months.
