The Trinity cachaça is triple filtered and made only with the "heart" of the distillate. It is stored for a minimum of 12 months in barrels of peanut wood, being produced with very low acidity, which makes its flavor lighter. The peanut wood is considered the most noble of the woods for the storage of the cachaça, as it has the property of preserving and accentuating the natural characteristics of the drink, such as perfume and flavor. It diminished the acidity of the cachaça and transferred a light pinkish color to the final product. For this reason, it is recommended to taste the product pure, at room temperature or cooled.
