It is produced from black pork meat, which, after being seasoned, ages in a cold and controlled humidity environment (recreating the January weather conditions), followed by smoking at low temperatures. It has a juicy and intense flavour, slightly smoky and not very salty.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork Fat (Origin: EU) (47%), Wheat Flour (Gluten), Water, Red Pepper Paste, Salt, Garlic and Antioxidants: (Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. May contain traces of soy due to wheat storage, but no soy is added. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
