Roasted Piglet Negrais With Sauce 750G
Defrosting: Allow to defrost naturally before placing in the oven (estimated defrosting time and 24 hours).
Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 200 C, place the piglet on a baking tray with its legs down and its back up. The estimated time is 20 to 30 min.
The fur starts to form bubbles, as soon as it is, leave it for 2 min. After the piglet comes out of the oven, the skin will be crispier.
Frozen product. It will be defrosted during the transportation process. Conditioned with thermal materials (box or bag) and ice.
