A very fruity and fresh premium olive oil with a strong aroma of olive, apple and tomato and a final touch of nuts, pepper and light bitterness.
The CARM olive oil production zone is located in the heart of Alto Douro. For CARM Classic olive we have selected the best olives of the Madural and Verdeal varieties in our farms.
All farms that produce the olive to obtain this oil are within the PDO for Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro olive oils, where AOTAD supervises and controls all the olive oil certification according to EEC standards per panel of certified testers.
The olives are harvested manually in olive groves with steep slopes and mechanical vibration in the rest, harvesting between the end of October and the end of November, no later than that date, just before the full maturity of the olives.
