Ingredients: Pork (Origin: EU) (92%), water, salt, chili paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate), spices. Stuffed in artificial casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
