The Beef marinade is a special blend allowing to temper beef or veal before cooking; then cooking can be done on the grill or in the oven, or in a pan. Add 2 volumes of water to 1 volume of marinade, dip meat and let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours before grill. Product is Halal.
Ingredients: Onion, bell peppers, fruit vinegar, salt, herbs and spices. Contains sulphites.
